Production notes
Working in Central Florida conditions
Light windows matter here
Central Florida summer light is harshest between late morning and mid-afternoon. Productions are usually scheduled around first light and the last two hours of daylight, with the middle of the day kept for interiors, controlled product work or travel.
Plan around the afternoon storms
From June through September, afternoon storms are routine. A flexible shot list with interior or controlled setups as the fallback keeps a production day productive when the sky does not cooperate.
Location logistics
Downtown and park locations can need early call times, parking plans and occasionally permits. These are worked out during pre-production rather than on the day, so the crew is shooting instead of waiting.
Indoor and outdoor in one day
A single Orlando production day can move from a humid trailhead to an air-conditioned interior. Gear plans account for the temperature change so lenses and sensors settle before the next setup.

Working outside Florida?
Production travel is standard. Clients are served in Dixon, Illinois, Denver, Colorado and nationwide — with travel scoped upfront so there are no surprises in the quote.
